Do you arrange for reverse pickups?
We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes, In case we don’t have the reverse pickup available at your location you would have to send the product back to us for exchange at the below mention address.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will initiate the return process within 2-3 working days.

We recommend using‘ Speed Post’ as your courier service. it has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Can I choose a different item in exchange?
