How will I receive my order?

We will ship your product to your provided shipping address. We are associated with the best in the business company to handle your orders, so your products will be delivered to your doorstep. Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an email after placing the order with your order ID and other details. For all COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, you will receive a call within 24 hours to confirm all the shipping details. Cancellation & related queries

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel any order that has not yet been shipped, please send a request to or call us on our customer service number. After dispatch, the exchange policy is applicable. For prepaid orders, please contact our Customer Care at to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be added to your reward points (which could be used for your future purchases). If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, you can return the product and exchange it for some other product. Payment Mode

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at the PIN code provided by you but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In the case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not hindered/disconnected in the process. Shipping & Tracking

When will you ship my order?

For all prepaid orders, the order will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placed and will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days, depending on the location of shipping address.
For all COD orders, the order will be dispatched within 3 working days and will be delivered to you within 5-6 working days depending upon the location of shipping address.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. An additional charge of Rs. 70 will be levied on Cash-On-Delivery orders.

What is your return policy?

Silly Punter returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct refunds.We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 15 days from the date of delivery of order.

How do I initiate a return?

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will initiate the return process within 2-3 working days.

Where do I mail the returns?

If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. 
Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value.
If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

Non monetary refund for any of your order will be made within 15 days of its date of delivery.
The product amount will be credited back to you as rewards point.This will be done post the quality check of all received products.

Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

Customers can self-ship the items to Silly Punter.
In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed through a Silly Punter rewards points. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
